I have appliqued and pieced together 3 of the 5 strips to day. Tomorrow I will be spending some time in the car again so I will have all the blocks appliqued and ready to piece and put the border around the quilt on Friday.
This quilt is easy and is going together rather quickly. Watch for further updates!
I always pictured myself as a 'traditional' quilter but have to say that the two previous quilts were more modern as this one is. The border will be red with the binding and back of black material in the Amish Quilting style.
